Do I have to wring the cloth out by hand?
No. Drop the head in the bucket and press the pole down — the head folds in half and squeezes the water straight out, while your hands stay out of the water. Give it a second press before going onto hardwood, where you want the cloth barely damp.
How do I clean the cloths?
Rinse them under the tap or hand wash in warm water, then let them air dry. Skip fabric softener — it clogs the fibres and stops the cloth picking up dust.
Is it safe on hardwood and natural stone?
Yes. The cloth glides on a thin film of water rather than soaking the floor, so it's fine on sealed hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl and stone. Squeeze it thoroughly before use on wood.
How long does the pole extend?
The telescopic steel pole extends to 130cm, so you can work upright and still reach high tiles, cornices and the tops of windows.
Can I use it dry?
