1. Who we are

2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of deltasweep.store and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms. Please read them before ordering. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.
3. Who may buy
You may place an order if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, you must tell us at the time of ordering and provide a valid VAT number; the consumer protections in sections 8 and 9 will not then apply to you.
4. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, materials and function. Photographs are illustrative: colours may appear differently on your screen, and accessories shown are only included where the product page says so.
Product availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown separately in your cart and at checkout before you confirm.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation; we will tell you as soon as we notice.
6. How the contract is formed
- You place an order through the checkout.
- We send you an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms we have received your order — it is not yet acceptance.
- The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Where an order contains several items, the contract covers only the items named in that dispatch confirmation.
You will be asked to review and correct your order before final confirmation. We store your order details and will send them to you by email.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.
8. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of them.
If we fail to deliver within the stated period, and delivery within that period was essential or you have given us an additional reasonable period which we have missed, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
9. Your right of withdrawal and legal guarantee
Your 14-day right of withdrawal, our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy its content systematically, or to place fraudulent or speculative orders. We may refuse or cancel orders, and restrict access, where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, layout, logos and the DeltaSweep name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.
12. Our liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence.
We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss arising from your failure to give a correct delivery address, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (see section 13).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under Italian product liability law, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport failures, customs delays, extreme weather, epidemics, or the acts of public authorities. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery period or, if the delay is substantial, allow you to cancel and receive a full refund.
14. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you place your order, and changes will not apply retrospectively to orders already confirmed.
16. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, write to deltasweep.store@gmail.com and we will respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter between us, you may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or to a consumer association in your country of residence.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
If you are a consumer, any dispute may be brought before the courts of the place where you are resident or domiciled.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
